Feeling stuck? Consider a Personal Retreat. Recently, I’ve had the chance to dig deep with people who are on the cusp of something big—whether it’s happiness, a career move, or just sorting life out.
They come to the Gower, where it’s just you, me, and nature. We walk, talk, and plan. We tackle the big questions: Who are you, really? What are your goals? What’s holding you back?
This combo of coaching, nature, and solid planning is a game-changer. It’s not an everyday thing, but when the time’s right, stepping into this space can shake things up in a big way.
I get to spend quality time with you, helping you smash through mental roadblocks and redefine what you’re capable of. It’s tough, but man, it’s rewarding.
So if a Personal Retreat sounds like just what you are needing, give me a shout. Turns out, I’m a big fan. 🤘
Doing this work is unexpected, but it’s turned into one of my absolute favourites.
Format and Costs
Typical Itinerary:
- Day Before: Travel to Gower and arrange local accommodation (your responsibility). We’ll touch base briefly to say hello and outline the upcoming day.
- Personal Retreat Day: Kick off early with an activity like yoga, walking, or paddle-boarding. The day blends coaching, beach and cliff walks, and reflection time, complemented by nutritious meals. We wrap up around 4 PM with a solid plan that resonates with you. If you’ve booked a 1.5-day experience, there’s an option to go deeper the next day.
- Follow-Up Coaching: Two sessions are scheduled—three weeks and two months after the retreat. Each is a 60-90 minute Zoom call to review progress and update your action plan. Optional ongoing monthly coaching calls are available.
Costs:
- With Stuart: £2000 – £3500
- With Rose or Jackson: £1250
Rose: Is a counsellor, yoga teacher and well-being specialist. Jackson: Is a Live Big coach with a pro sports and business specialism.
